Is it possible to customize or personalize a coffee mug?

Our coffee mugs are always made to order, so YES! It is possible to personalize your coffee mug. However, right now our website does not support any customization options so you will have to contact us with the coffee mug you like and how you would want to personalize it. We enjoy helping you out with this.

Why can't I select a shipping method when checking out?

There should only be two reasons why you can't select a shipping method:

  1. We simply do not ship to your country. We only cover the countries where we can reliably deliver your order within 5 business days. Check out our shipping page to find out where we ship.
  2. You are trying to buy a product that can not be shipped to your country. For example, our Black Coffee Mugs are only able to be shipped to the United States.

My coffee mug arrived broken :( What should I do?

Unfortunately, aggressive post men and breakable objects do not mix well together. Although we carefully package each product as well as we can, it can sometimes happen that they break during delivery.

But no worries, just take a picture of the broken product and send it to us. We will then recreate and ship you a brand new one. Of course you don't need to pay anything extra.
