These mugs have a good weight. They were given to me as a gift and I love them. I've been using it with both hot and cold drinks. Have also put them in the dishwasher several times, no cracks, grazing or any fading. The lettering on the mugs are very clear. I definitely recommend these!

Returns
30 Days Return Period
We offer a 30 day return period to all our customers. Please contact us with your return request within 30 days of receiving your order. There is no need to specify a reason at all. We will authorize your request and issue you a return address where the product(s) need to be send to. The return address will not always be our warehouse so make sure to contact us first before sending back the product(s).
Our 30 day return period is valid as long as:
- The product has not been used yet.
- The product has not been customized.
After we receive the product(s) in good condition, we will issue you your refund.
